Inca Trail Alpacas began in 2003 by Nick and Vicki Zingale on ten beautiful acres in Northeast Ohio. Vicki is an experienced healthcare professional, while Nick is the owner of a small business specializing in environmental consulting and is a professor at the University of Akron. Together they are raising two very active young daughters with time demands too great for their hectic work schedules. Alpaca farming became a way for Vicki to spend more time at home and devote more time to their children. The decision to raise alpacas has been a blessing for their family. Vicki takes care of most of the day to day needs of the alpacas while Nick focuses more on the business aspects of the farm, along with frequent rides on the tractor!

At Inca Trail Alpaca Farm we believe that customer service and quality care, along with producing high quality alpacas, are the most important aspects of this business. We strive for outstanding quality, not quantity, on our farm. Some of our legendary bloodlines include Caligula & El Nino, Camillio, Mr. President, Bueno, Evander, Royal Fawn & Zephyrus. Precious time and thought is put into customer relations, animal husbandry and every breeding decision. The result has been champion alpacas, outstanding bloodlines, healthy animals and most importantly-happy customers.
