COLOR CHAMPION. This Shackleton grandson has a very soft, fine, bright fleece with good crimp definition. He carries this beautiful fleece on a strong, well-balanced frame. He has strong color genetics. His dam, and 3 of the 4 grandparents are black in color. Amaleo’s dam is a true black female who is a great producer; her offspring include Bohemia, a grey color champion female. Amaleo’s sire, Trauco is a 6-time color champion and ½ brother to Patagonia’s Neruda. Like his sire,  Amaleo has an appealing head and a fleece that should maintain excellent fineness as he ages.
