Karina has been frequently mistaken for The Aga Khan due to her bone, build, head style and density. She was loads of fun to show as while Khan was winning the white male championship, Karina would be in the adjoining ring winning the white female championship.
For more of an idea of what Karina is like, here are the judge's comments from one of her wins (Jude Anderson at 2004 NY Alpaca Extravaganza) - clearly the winner in this class; beautiful conformation and proper proportions; solid; very well covered; lovely fleece; great combination; very well crimped and goes all the way down; bright and stands out when you open it up.
Karina has produced two remarkable crias so far. Watch for her most recent (A.L. Paca's Khannie) in the show ring this fall. Please stop by our booth at the shows as we would love to show you Khannie and her remarkable fleece.
